The design manufacturing and assembly and supporting processes their
interactions are determined, the performance criteria are set and methods of
analysis are identified in Yemtar. improvement opportunities are set through
measuring and monitoring methods with the identified performance criteria.
Necessary resources for continuous improvement are supplied by the management.
Yemtar management has established the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System to
improve and sustain customer satisfaction.
• The quality policy is determined, documented and published and employees are
informed for quality awareness and integrity of the management system within the
organization.
• The trainings on ISO 9001:2000 system standard, quality concept, continuous
improvement, development and learning techniques are given to the employees for
competence in Yemtar
• The processes which affect the product and service quality are planned,
controlled, revised, analyzed and the necessary requests for preventive and
corrective action are determined.
• The approach in Yemtar is based on process, the operational targets are set,
planned, the achievement is documented , the success factors are determined and
calculated periodically, and targets, plans are revised when necessary.
• The access of the employees to quality management system application
essentials are done on documentation control basis.
• All of our products and services comply with norms, customer needs and
expectations and all of the resources necessary for their production and
sustainability are maintained.
• Customer needs , expectations, advances and tendencies in the sector are
analyzed , thus products and services are continuously developed and customer
satisfaction is assured.
• Management review meetings are held in Yemtar for the analysis of
effectiveness , evaluation and continuous improvement of the system.
